1. Introduction By participating in the Hydra Longevity Giveaway ("Giveaway"), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Giveaway is organised by Hydra Longevity ("Organiser").

2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway is open from 12:00 AM AEDT on 14 February 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 14 March 2025 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Hydra Longevity and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Hydra Longevity prize pack containing one (1) of each product SKU, valued at AUD $334.
  • The prize includes shipping within Australia.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other alternatives.

5. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the required steps through META, and will be required to leave their details for marketing purposes.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Any fraudulent or automated entries will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email on 16 March 2025.
  • If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner’s Australian address at no additional cost.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery beyond its control.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner as well as for general marketing purposes.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General Conditions

  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  • The Organiser’s decision on all matters related to the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By participating, entrants release the Organiser from any claims or liability arising from their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
